The Law Path Journey
FIU Law Path Structure:
FIU Law Path offers to undergraduates, pre-law programming that builds skills critical to both success in law school and throughout the application to law school process. Admitted FIU Law Path Scholars will participate in an online program offering two components:
- Introduction to law school courses taught by FIU Law faculty and law students, where Scholars learn the fundamental components of the American legal system and the case method (Socratic) approach to studying law; and
- An intensive (free) 6-week LSAT preparatory class with the goal of sitting for fall ’25 LSAT testing. Additionally, students receive personalized counseling throughout the application to law school process as well as mentoring from members of the bench and bar.

To date, FIU Law Path has enrolled six cohorts. FIU Law Path is offerred at no cost to participants.
