New Instructions for Table Set ups:
SBA purchased four (4) rectangle tables that you can check out at the circulation desk.
**They are FREE of charge. No linen is included.**
For the university rectangular tables, round tables, Hi tops, & chairs, a set-up fee is charged depending on the size of the event. It could range from $25 to $150. As soon as I receive the quote from Facilities Department I will let you know so you can include it in your SBA Budget Request.
**Linen is only included with the rectangular tables. Other linen must be rented from the catering company you use for your event.**
List names below. Once the event is confirmed please email Zory Hernandez (firstname.lastname@example.org) to provide license plate number for each guest. Parking spaces cost $3 per car. Please include expense in your SBA Budget Request.
