Professor Thomas E. Baker has published a new Edition of his popular casebook on the law of the First Amendment: First Amendment Law: Freedom of Expression & Freedom of Religion (4th ed. 2018) (with Hellman, Araiza & Bhagwat). He uses his book to teach the First Amendment course every Spring Semester at FIU College of Law. “I am proud of this casebook. It was a great deal of hard work—a real intellectual challenge.
