Professor H.T. Smith was recently awarded the Leadership Award from the Black Archives of Miami-Dade County in appreciation for his high quality donated legal representation and assistance in the successful completion of the Historic Lyric Theater Expansion Project. The Lyric Theater is located in the Overtown section of Miami and was previously known as the “Apollo of the South”.
