Professor Raul Ruiz has received the “Innovation Award” before 200+ educators at the national conference of the Association of Academic Support Educators. The Innovation Award annually recognizes one member of AASE whose work has most improved the field of academic support/bar preparation. The Awards Committee specifically noted Raul’s development of sophisticated data analytics tools to allow his BESP program to pinpoint students most likely to struggle with the bar exam.
