Professor J. Janewa Osei-Tutu presented some of her scholarship as part of a symposium organized by the Michigan State Law Review. Using the Supreme Court decision Bowman v. Monsanto as a starting point, the panel’s topic was “What should Intellectual Property Protect?” The symposium took place at Michigan State University from October 1-3, 2014.
