Later today, Professor Manuel A. Gómez will be speaking at the International Litigation, Arbitration & Transactions Conference (ILAT) of the International Law Section of the Florida Bar. His presentation on, “the use of writs of constitutional protection to block the enforcement of arbitral awards in Latin America,” will be part of a panel entitled, Hot Topics in International Arbitration, which he will be sharing with other distinguished practitioners and scholars.
