On December 11, 2014, Professor Charles C. Jalloh presented, “The Case for Positive Complementarity between the African Criminal Chamber and the International Criminal Court.” His remarks were part of a panel entitled, Complementarity and Its Effects for The Hague Institute for Global Justice and Grotius Center for International Legal Studies Conference at Leiden University in the Nederlands. The conference on the theme: Impact and Effectiveness of the International Criminal Court was supported by the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research.
