On March 15, Professor Manuel A. Gómez, Associate Dean of Int’l and Graduate Studies, gave a presentation to the faculty and students of the City University of Hong Kong about arbitration of dispute related to smart contracts on the blockchain. The presentation was based on an ongoing research that Prof. Gomez is conducting on the topic with the research assistance of LLM students Michelle Artieda.
