The African Journal of International Criminal Justice (AJICJ), a new peer-reviewed journal on international criminal law founded by Professor Charles C. Jalloh, has published its inaugural issue. The journal, which is aimed at providing needed intellectual space for scholars from Africa and the Global South more generally, is based at FIU Law. It is a collaboration with Eleven International Publishers (The Netherlands). Read Professor Jalloh’s editorial explaining the reasons for the AJICJ. Its impressive list of scholars and practitioners, assembled as editorial and advisory board members from law schools across the U.S. and overseas, is found here.  This first edition is available online for free with two editions scheduled to be published this year.  Beginning 2016,  four issues will be published every year.
