FIU Law Library is now offering Religion and the Law from HeinOnline. To access this resource, and all of our eResources, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Law Library’s website.
  2. Click on “eResources” at the bottom of the page under “Library Resources.”
  3. Click on “H” for HeinOnline, and scroll to Religion and the Law.

Religion and the Law consists of more than 1,200 titles and 600,000 pages that include books, periodicals, and bibliographies, this collection provides a research platform for the development, history, organization, and fundamental principles of various world religions. The collection also includes the Christian Legal Society publications, an assortment of Canon Law, and rare historical bibles. This collection will grow tremendously as we continue to add new material in the future. Notable titles include:

  • State Religious Freedom Restoration Acts: A Compilation of Enacted Legislation
  • Canon Law Studies 1916-1966
  • Christian Legal Society
  • Jewish Law – Code of Jewish Law – Kitzur Shulhan Aruh: A Compilation of Jewish Laws and Customs
  • Islamic Law – UCLA Journal of Islamic and Near Eastern Law
  • More than 30 periodicals
