From the publisher: El derecho de propiedad y la Constitución mexicana de 1917, which translates to property rights and the Mexican Constitution of 1917 in English, is an unpublished text by Emilio Rabasa Estebanell (1856-1930), written in April 1917, which makes a legal critique of the property regime established in article 27 of the Constitution of Querétaro. This edition is presented by Minister Luis María Aguilar, has a preface by Tania Rabasa and two introductory studies: one by Minister José Ramón Cossío and another by José Antonio Aguilar Rivera.
