FIU Law Library is open for use by all FIU students, faculty and staff, and the South Florida community of attorneys, FIU Law alumni, paralegals and others in need of our resources.
During FIU Law reading and finals periods, FIU Law Library is restricted, after 1:00 p.m., to FIU Law students, FIU LSI students, and those conducting legal research.
Please notify a Law Library staff member at the Circulation or Reference desks if you are disturbed by loud conversations or other prohibited activities, as described in the FIU Libraries Library Use Policy or our Food & Drink Policy, while using FIU Law Library.
The second and third floors of FIU Law Library are quiet study spaces where conversation and group study (except in the group study rooms) is prohibited. The first floor, Theodore and Rosalind Spak Information Commons and computer lab can be used for group study and such collaboration is encouraged, however, discretion and decorum is expected and enforced.
