LexisNexis has released Professor H. Scott Fingerhut’s Florida DUI Law, one of the publisher’s new attorney Practice Guides. Co-authored with fellow DUI expert Robert S. Reiff, Florida DUI Law picks up where Reiff and Fingerhut’s Drunk Driving and Related Vehicular Offenses left off, which LexisNexis published through five editions.

“It is an honor to continue working with Bobby, my brother and colleague, going on 25 years now,” Professor Fingerhut said. “I trust that this latest work will thoroughly inform Florida practitioners as well as inspire our earnest, eager, amazing students interested in practicing criminal law.”

Professor Fingerhut serves as Assistant Director of the Trial Advocacy Program. He teaches Trial Advocacy and Pretrial Practice, coaches FIU’s champion Trial Team, and has taught Criminal Procedure — Investigation and Adjudication, Criminal Law, and the in-class component of the Criminal and Civil Law Externship Clinic. Professor Fingerhut also serves as a Faculty Fellow and Director of Pre-Law Programs for The Honors College at FIU and teaches the undergraduate upper-level seminar Observing Ourselves.
