Select Highlighting and Term Density TOC Heatmap
- User can focus on up to 5 key terms in research by choosing new colors in which to highlight specific terms.
- Any type of search will allow select highlighting and term density.
- Customize further by removing the original default (yellow) highlighting or change the colors applied to each term.
- Adjust your view of the term density heat map from the document level to further focus on particular terms.
- More detailed table of contents help users understand how terms fit into the court’s analysis, and allows them to navigate to portions with the greatest term density.
Litigation Analytics New Releases
- Two newly created Case Types: Data Privacy and Trade Secrets
- Trade Secrets remains a sub-type of Intellectual Property and therefore, is not labeled a main case type within the hierarchy.
- These are the first editorially created case types and are not directly tied to a KNOS or NOS.
Five new Motion Types. Litigation Analytics now has 28 high-level motion types available and over 120 total motion attributions

KeyCite Overruling Risk Paragraph Highlighting
- Users will now be able to navigate to the paragraph(s) that are most at risk of being implicitly undermined by selecting Overruling Risk in the navigation dropdown.
- Clicking on the icon next to the orange bracket will display the Overruling case.
