The UNC Press has a national and international reputation for publishing quality books. International Encyclopaedia for Competition Law – IEL Competition Law

The International Encyclopaedia on Competition Law aims at providing an in-depth description of the antitrust laws of more than 30 countries, including United States Federal laws and the legislation of the European Union. International Encyclopaedia for Contracts – IEL Contracts

The Contracts subset of the International Encyclopaedia of Laws(IEL) encompass the national monographs of a wide variety of countries, written by experts from those countries. Each national monograph is divided into two parts: the first addresses the general principles at issue, and the second covers the specific types of contracts. The encyclopedia also addresses international aspects of contract law such as the 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. International Encyclopaedia of Laws – IEL Environmental Law

IEL Environmental Law covers national and international environmental law. National monographs contain a description of the country’s environmental legislation, an overview of the basic principles of environmental law, the historical background, the role of governmental institutions, and the sources of environmental law. Other subjects covered for each country include pollution control legislation, nature and conservation management, zoning and land-use planning, liability questions, and judicial remedies. Juris Arbitration Law

JURIS’ Arbitration Law.com provides immediate access to both proprietary and public domain Treatises, Practice Manuals, and Monographs. Premium Juris content includes World Arbitration Reporter (WAR), The Encyclopedia of International Arbitration Law and Practice, Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) Special Series, International Arbitration and Institutions (IAI) series, American Arbitration Association (AAA) International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) handbooks and yearbooks. JustCite is an online legal platform that assists in finding leading authorities and establishes the current status of the law. It includes United Kingdom primary case law and legislation, European law including CELEX, the official legal database of the European Union, European and UK human rights cases and legislation, the Official Journal of the European Union C Series from 1999 to present; Caribbean law (Bermuda Judgments and Law Reports, the Cayman Islands Law Reports and Judgments, British Virgin Island civil and criminal court judgments, and Jamaican Court of Appeal and Supreme Court Judgments. Justis – International Law Reports

Justis is a full text online legal library of UK, Irish and EU case law dating back to 1163 and legislation from 1235. Access limited to International Law Reports. The International Law Reports (ILR) report decisions of international and national courts and arbitrators as well as judgements of national courts. ILR covers all significant cases of public international law from 1919 to the most current rulings, and features a diverse range of topics such as, international boundaries, state and diplomatic immunity, treaties between states, war, terrorism and refugee law. Published by Justis, ILR provides a searchable electronic platform for all the International Law Reports materials.
