FIU Alumna Dana Chaaban (J.D. ’14) was unanimously voted the newest partner at Hudson Lambert Parrott, just six months after joining the firm.

Dana focuses her practice on construction and commercial litigation, guiding clients through all phases of the construction process. She represents and advises general contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, and related entities in various legal and business matters. Her services include, among others, contract drafting and negotiation, project counsel, dispute and claims avoidance, guidance, and preparation, lien preparation and enforcement, statutory and regulatory compliance, and litigation.

Before joining Hudson Lambert Parrott, Dana built a strong legal portfolio across litigation, insurance, and transactional matters at AM Law 200 Firms Carlton Fields and Shutts & Bowen.

While at FIU College of Law, Dana served as a judicial extern for former Florida Supreme Court Chief Justices R. Fred Lewis and Barbara Lagoa. She also interned with the Office of the Broward County Attorney, where she contributed to the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport construction expansion.
