CHILE – 2-day seminar (hybrid) is hosted by Universidad Finis Terrae & Universidad Autonoma de Chile. This is the 5th Edition of this annual seminar aimed to discuss relevant cases and awards during the year before (2023) — Issues such as dual nationals, the recent wave of treaty-based claims against Honduras and its withdrawal from the ICSID Convention and the impact of recent Awards in the field of Investor-State Arbitration will be addressed by 4 panels —Prof. Guerrero-Rocca will address the impact in LATAM and in the Caribbean of recent arbitral Awards.
