FIU Law’s Sports, Entertainment, Fashion, and Art Law Society (SEFA) has announced its third annual symposium: Sharing the Wealth. Upon the success of last year’s Symposium, which saw over 100 guests across the globe attend, SEFA will be hosting a two-day in-person event at the College of Law on Thursday and Friday, March 30th and 31st, 2023, at  RDB – 2006 and RDB –1000 Large Courtroom.

The all-day event will be open to law students, attorneys, and professionals looking to gain a better understanding of the future practice of law. Multiple panels and presenting speakers will discuss Blockchain, Name Image and Likeness, Copyright and Trademark Protection, and Protecting One’s Music/Sampling. A special celebrity guest will attend this year’s symposium as well. Stay tuned for more.
