 IN FOCUS: ABORTION LAW

PRACTICAL GUIDANCE: ABORTION LAW TOOLKIT

The new In Focus: Abortion Law page and accompanying Practical Guidance: Abortion Law Toolkit compile the resources that you need to monitor federal and state developments and understand the legal implications arising from the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

Among the benefits of this new content:

  • The In Focus page improves the findability and discoverability of BLAW’s most relevant research content and tools
  • The interactive map and curated searches make it easier for you to track fast-moving developments
  • The integration of state-specific resources helps you identify multiple legal issues affecting individuals, employers, and health-care providers
  • The Practical Guidance Toolkit delivers essential task-focused practical content, including Practical Guidance and Chart Builders to help you stay compliant as laws change

BANKING & FINANCE PRACTICE CENTER

The Banking & Finance Practice Center has been redesigned to help you get to the content you need faster. An optimized homepage and two practice pages – Fintech Compliance and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) – improve the findability of news, Analysis, Practical Guidance, reference materials, and workflow tools.

The redesigned Fintech Compliance practice page includes a Financial Technology Developments Tracker feed tile that will update automatically every time you visit the page.

The UCC Resources secondary page has been enhanced and upgraded to a practice page that is visible in both the horizontal navigational menu and the site map page.

The updated practice center features a new State Banking & Finance Regulation Tracker and a Federal Banking & Finance Regulation Tracker, each with alerting and filtering functionality.

TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHTS PRACTICE CENTER

The redesigned Trademarks & Copyrights Practice Center synthesizes excellent research and workflow tools for litigators, trademark prosecutors, transactional attorneys, and corporate IP attorneys. The revisions optimally reorganize and surface related content so you can access it most efficiently in your existing workflows. Additionally, the layout and organization parallels that of the recently redesigned Patents & Trade Secrets Practice Center to provide a unified user experience including, in addition to the homepage, dedicated coverage on the following practice pages:

TRACKERS

Banking & Finance

As part of the revamp of the Banking & Finance Practice Center, a new filterable (by state, document type, topic, and more) and alertable State Banking & Finance Regulation Tracker tracks banking and finance regulations automatically. The previous manual trackers for 20202021, and 2022 have been published as Practical Guidance tables.

In addition, a new Federal Banking & Finance Regulation Tracker covers regulatory developments from August 2022.

IMPROVED DOCKETS FUNCTIONALITY

The dockets search template now allows you to select multiple Resolutions when running a search.

LITIGATION ANALYTICS
