Prof. Manuel Gómez is one of the co-authors of a recent report on the VW “clean diesel” global litigation published by RAND. The report stems from a roundtable discussion hosted by Stanford Law School and supported by RAND in April 2019, and subsequent research done by a group of scholars from the U.S., Canada, Germany, the Netherlands and Australia.
