The National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) has included Professor H. Scott Fingerhut in its recently-published Collective Wisdom, NITA’s experts-on-trial-advocacy practice guide. Professor Fingerhut is the Assistant Director of FIU Law’s Trial Advocacy Program.  He teaches Trial Advocacy, Pretrial Practice, Criminal Procedure, and coaches the Trial Team.  He is also a Fellow in FIU’s Honors College, serving as pre-law faculty advisor and teaching two upper division seminars, Observing Ourselves and The Gathering.
