Professor Fingerhut is Assistant Director of the FIU Law Trial Advocacy Program.  He teaches Trial Advocacy, Pretrial Practice, and Criminal Procedure.

He has also previously served as the Dade County Bar designee to the Miami-Dade County Mayor’s Mental Health Task Force.
