Historia del derecho de Hispanoamérica : en perspectiva transnacional y socio-cultural, which translates to History of Spanish-American law: in a transnational and socio-cultural perspective in English, intends to develop in a comprehensive, transnational and interdisciplinary way the history of Spanish-American law. The material is divided into two volumes. The first of these will be devoted to the methods of the history of law as a mixed science between justice and history and will advance in detail the time of the so-called early modernity between 1519 and 1825.
