On September 27th, 2019, FIU Law’s BLSA hosted their “Law Student for a Day” event, where students from several middle schools in the Miami area learned about the different areas of law, and had the opportunity to participate in a mock trial! Law Student for a Day is an effort to expose kids to their rights, and other interesting aspects of the law.
