Professor M.C. Mirow published a chapter in Legal Traditions in Louisiana and the Floridas (S.P. Donlan and V.V. Palmer, eds., Talbot Publishing, 2019). The chapter addresses the use of Spanish colonial law in the U.S. Supreme Court between 1827 and 1926 to determine land claims in Florida.
