Congratulations to FIU College of Law graduate, Luis Perez-Medina ’05, who was appointed by Florida Governor Rick Scott to the Miami-Dade County Court. Luis is an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. In addition to his law degree, he also received his bachelor’s degree from FIU. Perez-Medina will fill the vacancy created by the elevation of Judge Dawn V. Denaro.
