Professor Osei-Tutu is part of an online symposium at “Notice & Comment,” which is a blog of the Yale Journal on Regulation and the ABA Section of Administrative and Regulatory Practice. This online symposium, which takes place from October 1- October 8, 2018, is on Professor Sam Halabi’s new book, which has been published by Cambridge University Press. The book is titled, Intellectual Property and the New International Economic Order: Oligopoly, Regulation, and Wealth Distribution in the Global Knowledge Economy.
