Professor Gómez’s talk will address the most current developments in Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation in the Americas, both in the international and national fronts. Professor Gómez’s visit to Fortaleza will also serve to strengthen ties between the Universidade Federal and FIU Law, pursuant to the recently launched Brazilian Legal Studies Initiative at FIU.
