Prof. M.C. Mirow spoke on Leon Duguit and Property in South America 1925-1960 at a legal history conference Stellenbosch University, South Africa, on February 18, 2018. The conference was part of a series on the theme of “Reinventing the Foundations of European Legal Culture 1934-1964” organized by Jacques du Plessis (Stellenbosch) and Kaius Tuori (Helsinki). The European Research Council, the University of Helsinki, and Stellenbosch University funded the conference.
