The National Law Journal

The National Law Journal provides in-depth coverage of the issues that mean the most to private practitioners, judges, corporate lawyers, government attorneys and other members of the legal community. Features up-to-the-minute coverage of new lawsuits and court rulings, exploring litigation trends, the administration of justice, and the players in trial and appellate courts nationwide. The Journal reports on and interprets the latest legal issues on Capitol Hill and at the White House, including how important legislation and policy decisions will affect law firms, federal and state government agencies, companies and in-house counsel. State and federal verdicts and settlements of national consequence appear weekly.  Access this resource under the “N” tab.

The Recorder

The Recorder provides the daily news and insights that California companies and law firms rely on to stay sharp in an increasingly competitive and challenging marketplace. The weekly newspaper and digital site focus on the legal developments affecting tech-centric businesses and practices—and the players who are front and center in litigation, deal-making, academia, judiciary, and more. Access this resource under the “R” tab.

Supreme Court Brief

The National Law Journal provides in-depth coverage of the issues that mean the most to private practitioners, judges, corporate lawyers, government attorneys and other members of the legal community. Reporters provide comprehensive coverage of the Supreme Court justices and the cases before them, including breaking news and analysis about new petitions, top appellate advocates, oral arguments and groundbreaking decisions.
