On October 30, 2014, Professor Eric Carpenter participated in the American Law Institute’s (ALI) Advisers and Members Consultative Group Joint Meeting for their current project on revising the Model Penal Code’s sexual assault and related offenses. During the meeting, the participants discussed the proposed text for several substantive offenses as well as how to rank the seriousness of those offenses. More information is available here.
