MIAMI (December 12, 2011) — The FIU College of Law library has been awarded a prestigious grant by the National Endowment for the Humanities. The grant will allow for the preservation and care of a 6,000 volume Mario Diaz Cruz Collection donated to the Law Library by the Rainforth Foundation. This invaluable collection contains a variety of historic Cuban legal materials as well as legislation and jurisprudence from several countries in Latin America as well as Spain, France and Italy.
