Students have the choice of several housing options. Accommodations are offered through the FIU Summer Program at the Hotel & Apartamentos Murillo and at the Apartamentos Las Cruces, a short walk from the law school. (visit www.hotelmurillo.com)
The Hotel Murillo is ideally situated in the center of the historical Santa Cruz neighborhood of Sevilla. It is down the street from the Jardines de Murillo located behind the Alcázar palace. A pleasant walk through the gardens takes you directly to the Universidad de Sevilla where classes will be held. The Apartamentos Las Cruces is located one block from the Jardines Murillo.
The Murillo offers single, air-conditioned hotel rooms with satellite TV and daily maid service. Located right next door, Apartamentos Murillo offers one and two-bedroom apartments. The Apartamentos Las Cruces offers one and two bedroom apartments (includes washing machine).
The apartments may be shared with another program participant or a traveling companion.
All apartments are fully furnished and have a living room with TV and sofa bed and an adjoining kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. There is daily maid service (dish-washing not included).
Housing costs cover 38 days, commencing May 18 and departing June 25th. The rates listed below include continental breakfast and daily maid service. Those staying at Las Cruces would need to walk to Murillo for breakfast. Rates for additional days are quoted separately. These rates are in effect until March 15, 2008, after this date the rates are slightly higher. Laundry service is available at Hotel and Apartments Murillo for an additional charge.

You should calculate at least 20 Euros per day for groceries and inexpensive meals. Note that eating at restaurants costs approximately 30 Euros per person. If you plan to do any traveling on the weekends in Spain or elsewhere you will need to budget accordingly
