Prospective & Current Students: Student Organizations Women in Law The purpose of the Women in Law is to bring together FIU law students to promote the contribution of women in the FIU College of Law, the legal profession, both locally, statewide and nationally. We promote the contribution of women by collectively addressing issues and pursuing goals and objectives that affect women as law students, lawyers and members of society. Our goal is to make a difference in society by addressing issues and pursuing shared goals and objectives with civic charities and organizations that support women’s issues, as well as community issues.
