Professor Thomas E. Baker has published a new second edition of his leading casebook on the first amendment: First Amendment Law: Freedom of Expression and Freedom of Religion(2d ed. 2010) (with Hellman & Araiza). “A lot of thought and effort went into this new edition,” Baker said, “and I am eager to teach from it in my course on the first amendment.” Baker is the author or editor of fourteen books, including two casebooks and the popular Nutshell on constitutional law.
