The Making of Modern Law I: Legal Treatises, 1800 – 1926
This collection of 21,814 individual titles covers the watershed period of Anglo-American legal development in the 19th and early 20th centuries. It includes casebooks, local practice manuals, form books, works for lay readers, pamphlets, letters and speeches.
The Making of Modern Law II: U.S. Supreme Court Records and Briefs, 1832-1978.
Comprised of approximately 350,000 documents and totaling 11 million pages, this collection features 150,000 Supreme Court cases. In the majority of these cases, the Court did not give a full opinion. It includes transcripts, applications for review, motions, petitions, supplements and other official documents.
The Making of Modern Law III: Trials, 1600 – 1926
Access to 9,424 digitized books covering notable courtroom dramas in America, the British Empire and the world. This collection includes official trial documents, briefs and arguments, official records of legislative proceedings, administrative proceedings and arbitrations, as well as unofficially published accounts of trials.
The Making of Modern Law IV: Primary Sources Part I, 1620 – 1926:
This collection of over 1.85 million pages of historic cases, statutes and regulations, includes the published records of the American colonies, documents published by state constitutional conventions, state codes, city charters, law dictionaries and digests.
The Making of Modern Law V: Primary Sources II, 1763 – 1970:
This collection of over 1.6 million digitized pages supports research in legal and social history, from the 18th century to the era following World War II and contains U.S. state and territorial codes, municipal codes, and constitutional conventions and compilations.

Proquest Congressional is a database of U.S. congressional information, including the full text of bills, reports, and hearings. Most publications are searchable by keyword or by citation, in addition to other terms, such as witness or bill sponsor.
Social Science Research Network – Legal Scholarship Network
The Legal Scholarship Network (LSN) is directed by Bernard Black and Ronald J. Gilson. Black is Professor of Law at the University of Texas at Austin Law School, Professor of Finance at McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin, and Fellow at the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). Gilson is Meyers Professor of Law and Business at the Stanford Law School, and Marc & Eva Stern Professor of Law and Business at the Columbia Law School.
Transnational Dispute Management Network (TDM Network )
Network for international arbitration, mediation, ADR and international investment law. Includes the TDM Journal, an information service on the management of international disputes, with a focus on investment arbitration and international investment in areas such as oil, gas, energy, infrastructure, mining and utilities.
