Use of the Law Library is reserved for faculty, students and staff of the College of Law and persons using the Law Library’s resources to conduct legal research.
Borrowing privileges are reserved for FIU faculty and FIU College of Law students and staff and apply only to library materials designated as circulating.
Most single volume treatises are circulated. Reference materials, multivolume treatises, loose-leaf services, digests, citators, statutes, case reports, administrative regulations and decisions, and periodicals are designated as non-circulated.
Circulating materials may be checked out for varying lengths of time depending on the status of the borrower.
