Biography:
Mr. Singham focuses on the areas of antitrust, international trade law, distribution and franchising. He advises national and international clients on their investments in emerging markets and Florida-based entities on their business, accessing markets in Central and South America .
Specific matters include:
- Advising clients on a range of WTO agreements, including the Government Procurement Code, Basic Telecommunications Agreement, GATT, GATS, and WTO Agreement on Agriculture, TRIPS, and also on the network of regional trade agreements.
- Advising foreign governments on international trade policy; assisted in drafting of competition and competition policies for foreign governments.
- Advising clients on U.S. sanctions legislation, including the Helms-Burton Act; customs regulations and Foreign Trade Zone Board applications.
- Advising on domestic and international antitrust issues related to conduct and merger analyses, including multi-jurisdictional merger review
