Mr. Meyer concentrates his practice on the representation of U.S. and Latin American-based multi-national corporations, financial institutions, manufacturers and franchisors in general corporate matters, commercial transactions, cross-border leasing, financing, sales and acquisitions of capital equipment. His experience in such matters also extends throughout the Caribbean .

Biography:

Mr. Meyer has been named to the International Who's Who of Business Lawyers and the National Register's Who's Who. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law, teaching International Secured Finance, and is a frequent lecturer on international commercial matters. He is a member of the Steering Committee for International Law Studies at Florida International University School of Law, a member of the Aviation Law Committee of The Florida Bar, Air and Space Law Forum of the American Bar Association and a member of both the National Aircraft Finance Association and the National Business Aviation Association. Mr. Meyer received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Arizona State University , Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Articles and Comments Editor of the Law Review. He is fluent in Spanish.
