About the Seminar:

This seminar will offer an opportunity to US and Latin American arbitrators, practicing attorneys, corporate counsel, government officials, and academics, to discuss a broad range of issues currently at stake in the practice of investment arbitration. The program features several sessions and a showcase debate on the key issues that arise in investment arbitration. A number of well-known experts in the field of investment arbitration will be among the discussants and presenters at this seminar. The Seminar will be conducted in English.
