FIU Law Nominates Brianna Rosa for 2012 Student Employee of the Year

MIAMI – Each year colleges and universities across the country recognize the importance of the student work experience during National Student Employment Week. During the week of April 9th, FIU recognizes these student employees who are seeking their academic degree while gaining invaluable work experience. This year, the College of Law is proud to nominate Brianna “Bri” Rosa for the 2012 award of the Student Employee of the Year.

As a Pre-Med student, Brianna manages her time better than most professionals around us – which includes her working schedule, class schedule, a Pre-Med Internship and her personal family responsibilities. No matter how small or large the task may be and regardless of how long it will take, Brianna is always ready to help. Her eagerness to take on more responsibilities has made her an invaluable member of the College of Law team.

In addition to her office responsibilities, Brianna has always helped with any major event or activity taking place at the College of Law. When the College of Law hosted United States Supreme Court Justice Samuel A. Alito, Brianna served as the lead staffer and worked with Dean Pedrosa and Ms. Rodriguez on all aspects of the day. Dean Pedrosa entrusted Brianna with key aspects of the visit and she was able to execute everything flawlessly.  She has earned the respect of her peers, that of the Dean, the faculty and staff at the College of Law and we are proud to nominate Brianna Rosa for the 2012 award of the Student Employee of the Year.
