Mr. Frantz Pierre plans and manages the operations of the College of Law Information Technology services for the Faculty, Administration, staff and students. Mr. Pierre returned to South Florida soon after he served in the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged after the Desert Storm War. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering while serving as the Senior Computer Programmer Analyst for the University Technology Services at FIU. Ultimately he was promoted to the position of Coordinator of Computer Applications. His primary responsibilities include providing technical leadership and support in the implementation of desktop administrative computing for the College of Law. Mr. Pierre is a member of the FIU’s Information Technology Administrators Committee whose focus is the development of the computing initiatives that support University-wide technological advancements.
