Education

Bachelor in Law and Political Science (LL.B) with honors, University of Lima (Perú)
J.D., University of Lima, School of Law (Perú)

Professor Petrovich is a member of Madrid Bar [Spain] and Lima Bar [Perú] and Certified in The Florida Bar as Legal Foreign Consultant. He is a Lawyer Litigant with 20 years of practice in Spain, and has extensive experience in the fields of Fundamental Rights, Comparative Law and International Law.

He performed Ph.D. in Law at the University Carlos III of Madrid (Spain), and attended the University of Lima, School of Law (Perú) obtained a Law Degree (J.D. Equivalent) and a Bachelor in Law (B.L) and Political Science (LL.B) with honors. Diplomate in International Human Rights from the International Institute of Human Rights René Cassin, Strasbourg (France).

He is researcher ad tempus at Instituto de Metodología e Historia de la Ciencia Jurídica at the University Complutense of Madrid (Spain). He has published various articles about Fundamental Rights.
