The mission of the International Human Rights and Environmental Law Society (HREL) is to promote excellence in legal education through the development of the international human rights and environmental law curriculum at the Florida International University College of Law. Our ambition is to promote discussion and awareness of international human rights and environmental issues by coordinating community projects, participating in social activities, and by hosting expert attorneys and advocates as guest speakers. We seek to establish internships/externships and career opportunities for FIU College of Law students in international human rights and environmental law.
