The Business Law Society promotes social and academic interaction among Florida International University students interested in the various aspects of business, ethics, corporate and financial law. The BLS provides a forum for students to share ideas and further explore and educate themselves in the area of business related law. The BLS advocates corporate social responsibility, ethical management practices, and community involvement. The BLS sponsors social activities, speakers, panel discussions, and other events that encourage cultural exchange and academic discussion, and generally provides a forum through which members may pursue their interests in developing a career in business law. The BLS is on a constant pursuit of exclusivity amongst the student body and community in the development of stellar future attorneys via academic support and alliances with local practitioners. The BLS strives to maintain a stalwart reputation proceeding from the Society’s merits which originates in its members. The ultimate goal of the BLS is the recognition and augmentation of career opportunities of its members.
