General Achievements
CLASS OF 2005
- June, 2011 – Mark J. Stempler co-authored “Video Surveillance in Personal Injury Cases” which appeared in the Florida Bar Journal.
- June, 2010 – Alumni Alejandro R. Alvarez, Michael P. Bruning, Robert M. O’Malley, Jennifer Remy-Estorino, and Erin S. Treacy Siska are selected and named to the 2010 Super Lawyers Rising Stars List.
- June, 2009 – Douglas J. Giuliano, part of the inaugural class of 2005, is an attorney practicing commercial litigation and international arbitration in the boutique firm Astigarraga Davis Mullins & Grossman, P.A., in Miami. In addition to his practice, Mr. Giuliano has published many articles on arbitration and other topics, including his piece “Parochialism in Arbitration?”, which was the feature article in the February 2007 issue of the Florida Bar Journal. This article subsequently was cited in a brief submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, quoted in Florida legislative history materials, and referenced in the legal treatise Florida Jurisprudence. More recently, another article of his, “Contractual Waiver of Personal Jurisdiction Under Section 685.102 of the Florida Statutes”, was quoted in a decision of first impression for Florida courts, Jetbroadband WV, LLC v. MasTec North America, Inc., No. 3D08-3057 (3d DCA 2009). Mr. Giuliano serves as an Associate Editor of the ABA’s International Litigation Quarterly and is a member of various other legal organizations.

- June, 2010 – Christina MacRobert is named to the 2010 Super Lawyers Rising Stars List.
- August, 2009 – MacAdam Glinn is Published in Fall 2008 edition of The Real Estate Finance Journal.

- June, 2011 – Chris Kokoruda’s article “The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods–It’s Not Your Father’s Uniform Commercial Code” appears in the Florida Bar Journal.
- January, 2011 – Adam Gutin & Brittney C. Keck, article featured in the Young Arbitration Review (YAR) p.16

- January, 2012 – Ernesto M. Rubi’s article “The IPv4 Number Crisis: The Question of Property Rights in Legacy and Non-Legacy IPv4 Numbers” appears in the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).
