The FIU College of Law Office of International and Graduate Studies (OIGS) provides legal professionals and executives with the tools needed to be successful and to respond to changes in international law. OIGS offers courses and certificate programs tailored to the working attorney on an international level. Classes are taught by our FIU Law Faculty. Our faculty is noted for their contributions to research, their commitment to teaching, and their closeness to legal practice. They are renowned for their ability to draw upon practical experience and to engage participants in provocative, life-changing class activities that expand their abilities as lawyers and leaders.
We hope that our International Professional Education will assist professionals so that they can return to their organizations with fresh ideas, new skills, and a greater capacity for addressing the challenges their organization will face. Participants can expect a carefully integrated mix of lectures, presentations, simulations, small group discussions, and case-study method.

A program can be self-designed to meet your needs. The program can be conducted here in Miami or at your home base. We have a beautiful campus located in the suburbs of Miami, or offices in downtown Miami on Brickell Avenue and in Pembroke Pines. We have video conferencing facilities that can be utilized for distance learning classes. The course can be designed for a short one week program or for several weeks. We can conduct the program in English or in Spanish. Our goal is to meet your needs.
